Gun Fury

Having vowed to never fight again, rancher Ben Warren (Rock Hudson) is on his way home from the Civil War with his fiancée, Jennifer Ballard (Donna Reed), when the stagecoach they are on is robbed. Leaving Ben for dead, gang leader Frank Slayton (Phil Carey) kidnaps Jennifer. But when Ben recovers from his gunshot wounds, he heads to a nearby town where he manages to enlist the help of Slayton's ex-girlfriend, Estella Morales (Roberta Haynes), Johash, a Native American seeking revenge against Slayton, and a disgruntled former gang member. Following a series of narrow misses, the posse finally corners Slayton in a deadly confrontation that leaves Ben and Jennifer free to continue their journey home in peace.
