Ging chaat goo si

An undercover operation by the Royal Hong Kong Police Force aims to arrest crime lord Chu Tao (Chor Yuen). During the sting, a shootout erupts when the criminals -- led by Chu Tao's right-hand man John Ko (Charlie Cho) -- are alerted to the police presence, prompting decisive action by Inspector Chan Ka-Kui (Jackie Chan). Later, Chan is assigned to protect Salina Fong (Brigitte Lin), Chu Tao's secretary and a key witness whose testimony is essential to the case. As the investigation unfolds, complications from both within the police force and the criminal organization challenge their efforts to dismantle the syndicate.
