Gidget Grows Up

Frances "Gidget" Lawrence (Karen Valentine) arrives in New York seeking maturity and independence after two years at school in Europe and problems with her boyfriend, Jeff (Paul Petersen), stationed with the Air Force in Greenland. Landing a job as a guide at the United Nations, she is befriended by Alex (Edward Mulhare), with whom she develops feelings for.
