The boys in khaki are back (with a gray wardrobe makeover) to bust some more ghosts and make us all feel good in the sequel to the greatest paranormal comedy ever made. This time instead of battling a giant marshmallow man they use a giant statue of liberty to combat Vigo the Carpathian - also known as Vigo the Cruel, Vigo the Torturer, Vigo the Despised, and Vigo the Unholy - a seriously evil dude with long flowing locks that comes back from time through a painting to use Polish artists to steal babies so that he may live again and just generally turn the world into a flowing river of pink slime of negativity (oh, and he also manages to resurrect a ghost Titanic).
