The Indians have claimed Alcatraz. City Hall may be next. Flapping Eagle, or Flap (Anthony Quinn), is a Native American who undergoes an awakening, puts down his bottle of whiskey and hijacks a train to Phoenix in a quixotic quest to regain his tribe's land and cultural heritage.
