Recognizing family dynamics can either support or hinder our aging experience, this documentary follows four families as they embark on an immersive journey together, 30 years into the future.

With the help of MIT's AgeLab, participants -millennials and their baby boomer parents- enter a bootcamp-like process which simulates the physical, psychological, and social realities of aging. As a real-time, eye-opening experience, two generations quickly discover what it will take to age well together.

FAST FORWARD delivers a gentle nudge to each one of us about the value of having difficult and honest conversations with one's family about the future, long before the future arrives.
