Etz Limon

A lemon grove that belongs to Salma, a Palestinian woman living adjacent to the green line (the pre-1967 border between Israel and the West Bank) and her new neighbour, to her misfortune, the defense minister of Israel. This leads the Israeli security authorities to immediately regard the grove as a threat to the security of the minister and his family and to order the uprooting of the trees. To their surprise, she retains a young Palestinian attorney and engages in a legal battle that goes all the way to the Israeli High Court of Justice.
