One of the most significant musicians in the history of cinema is undoubtedly Enio Morricone. Rivers of words and thousands of interviews have been written about the Italian composer famous all over the world. Giuseppe Tornatore, who has always been linked to Morricone, has made a docu-film about him, researching material spread all over the world, carrying out interviews and shooting ad hoc parts of fiction to draw not so much the figure of a film composer closely related to his formidable filmography, as much as his most human and original face.
