Over six bloody days in June 2000, the Congolese city of Kisangani was the scene of deadly violence between the Ugandan and Rwandan armies. The explosion of more than 10,000 shells killed thousands and wounded thousands more. Uncompensated and unacknowledged decades later, a group of Six-Day War victims decide to take matters into their own hands. Acclaimed director Dieudo Hamadi captures their journey down the Congo River to the capital city of Kinshasa seeking justice at last.
