Down to the Sea in Ships

A young boy named Jed joins his whaling captain grandfather, Captain Bering Joy, on a voyage at sea. Set in the 19th century, the film explores the challenges and adventures faced by the whalers as they navigate the treacherous waters in search of whales. Along the way, Jed forms a bond with a seasoned harpooner named Lunceford, and together they encounter both peril and excitement.
