    In post-earthquake California, San Diego and Los Angeles have merged into one city: New Angeles. Two teenage brothers have one half of a powerful ancient Chinese talisman, while the other resides with Koga Shuko, an evil tycoon obsessed with completing the amulet known as 'Double Dragon'. To prevent him from using the talisman's mystical powers to wreak havoc on the world, Jimmy and Billy Lee must team up with Maria and her vigilante group The Power Corps.
