For an American gun designer small arms are a source of technical beauty and inspiration. A prominent journalist from the UK writes about their illegal trade. A father in East Congo sees guns as an absolute must for the security and self-defence of his family. Through the eyes of these experts the viewer will discover how small arms produced in developed countries are ruling and ruining the lives of a growing number of people in developing countries.
