Das Bildnis des Dorian Gray

Film adaptation of Oscar Wilde's novel "The Picture of Dorian Gray", starring Helmut Berger in the title role. This version, however, stresses the decadence and eroticism of the story and changes the setting to early 1970s London. A corrupt and self-centered young man keeps his youthful beauty eternally, but a special painting gradually reveals his inner ugliness to everyone.
