In the rugged landscapes of West Virginia, Rick Sloan inherits a peculiar and dangerous legacy from his deceased parents -- a storage unit housing the remains of Count Dracula. When local drug addicts unwittingly release the infamous vampire, they become his first victims, their tainted blood fueling Dracula's insatiable addiction.
