City on Fire

Upset about losing his job at the chemical plant, Herman Stover plots his revenge by unleashing toxic chemicals into the air. Before long, these chemicals catch fire, throwing the whole city into turmoil. Dr. Frank Whitman and Risley, the head of the fire department, coordinate the emergency response and work to stop the blaze from spreading.
