Cesium Fallout

In a Hong Kong recycling plant, a massive fire erupts, uncovering a substantial amount of electronic waste. This leads to a city-wide radiation crisis and exposes a vast underground network of illegal waste smuggling. A government disaster relief advisor, the acting chief executive, and front-line firefighters are given a critical mission to manage the disaster relief efforts effectively, with no margin for error.
