Cast a Dark Shadow

He has lovely manners and oodles of charm , but there is nothing cuddly about Teddy Bare (Dirk Bogarde), a cad with a talent for attracting older women, in this tense, little-seen, noirish thriller, presented in a new restoration. When a deadly plot to get his hands on his first wife's (Mona Washbourne) money goes awry, he takes on a second (Margaret Lockwood), all the while scheming to pry his "rightful" inheritance away from his sister-in-law (Kay Walsh) -- by any means necessary.
