Cagney & Lacey: Together Again

Cagney and Lacey are back and must balance their personal feelings on the homeless with the needs of their latest case. Cagney finds a homeless man who spent most of his time harassing the residents of an upscale apartment building murdered. Cagney and the police believe the murderer is another homeless man but, Lacey sees the case differently and takes the case personally.
