Blue Velvet Revisited

This intriguing documentary is based on hours of footage that was filmed and photographed on the set of David Lynch's Blue Velvet. German filmmaker Peter Braatz obtained the exclusive rights to document the entire production of the cult classic from Lynch himself. Most of this footage has never been seen by the public. The film images, along with numerous sound recordings, photographs, paintings, objects and relics collected by Braatz, are selected and composed into an evocative new film, a story told without narration. These rare images are revisited, reinterpreted and released for the first time 30 years after the making of the film.
