As film photographer ERICK "Erika" VILLAVICENCIO (Vice Ganda) struggled to meet both ends for his family, an opportunity suddenly came knocking. Special agent EMMAN CASTILLO (Coco Martin), his erstwhile best buddy "bestie" gave her a peculiar life-threatening mission: Erika needs to pretend as the missing MISS UZEKLOVAKIA in the upcoming Miss Uniworld 2015 pageant to prevent the latter's recluse country from waging a possible world war.
After setting his conditions -- finance the medical treatment of his ailing beloved nephew and find the latter's missing mother before his nephew loses sight -- , Erika agreed with Emman to take on the mission.
The pretense of being a beauty queen proved to be a topsy-turvy challenging ride for both Erika and Emman as the two find themselves entangled in the crazy colorful world of beauty pageant, in the action-packed adventure of finding the elusive Miss Uzeklovakia before a highly-organized mafia-like group does, in the developing love story of Erika's sister ABI (Nadine Luster) and Emman's half-brother TRISTAN (James Reid), and in the awkward situation of them rekindling a unusual friendship in their past.
