Americana

Years after alcoholism drove Avery Wells from his career as a film editor, he finds himself back in San Francisco to finish editing a film called Americana -- a picture in which his sister Kate is the lead. As soon as the film is completed, Kate is murdered, and Avery begins to question the circumstances surrounding her death. Grief, shame, and relapse set in as Avery's suspicion of conspiracy grows. Was her death related to the new film, or his past?
