Celia, a gun-crazy, desperately clingy American mom loses it when her daughter Jenna (Jane McGregor) gives up her figure-skating career and moves to Canada. Deprived of the ready access to the firearms that provide the only outlet for her rage, Celia becomes increasingly unhinged.
