Photographer Alex is on a road trip to nowhere across the American Southwest, searching for inspiration in the vast, endless landscape and the abandoned places he encounters along the way. A chance meeting with a young couple pulls him into a nightmare beyond anything he could have imagined, and soon everyone is on a one-way journey into the heart of America -- and darkness.
