    Judy Bernly, récemment divorcée, décroche un emploi de bureau et devient rapidement amie avec ses collègues secrétaires Violet Newstead et Doralee Rhodes. Leur patron est un machiste nommé Franklin Hart Jr., qui essaie de séduire Doralee. Une nuit, en fumant de la marijuana, les femmes élaborent un plan pour se venger de leur patron cruel.
