Andre Carter is an African American man who is a father and the current mayor of his city. He is on the verge of taking the next step and becoming Governor of his state. Before he can reach that moment he is going to have to deal with a lot of his dark secrets that took place in his past. Throughout this journey of becoming Governor we will see whether his dark secrets come to light and not only effect him but his family too.
