I'm not sure why, but after reading your reviews, I almost feel guilty for only giving this movie a 6. It's not that I lack knowledge or expertise in the field, but I firmly believe that the film was not a success. The directing and transitions between scenes are excellent, and the actors deliver their performances in a highly disturbing manner. However, the story itself overshadowed the film. The screenplay might have been good, but for some reason, I couldn't get invested in the plot. There were moments I understood, but at other times, it was just too much... Too much! I'll say it again: if you enjoy watching films solely for the acting and directing, then go ahead and rent this one, especially if you want to feel unsettled afterwards. I was extremely disappointed with the end result. Nevertheless, I still believe that you should judge for yourself rather than relying on critics. If I had trusted the reviews on this site, I might have loved it...
