"Yesterday you were just a farmboy, now you are a hero of the kingdom." What?! I can't believe, from such a brilliant novel, that a simple film can destroy a beautiful story. The minute I found out this feature was 1 hours and 40 minutes, I was immediately worried if this film was going to be a Razzi candidate. It is. Eragon should have been at least one hour longer to develop the characters, develop the story, and develop the setting. There was no development in this movie, and when there's no development, nobody cares. What a tragic dissapointment.
